A concentric internal structure helps distribute lateral and centrifugal forces evenly, improving stability through corners and under acceleration. Each tire is paired with a special closed-cell foam insert that is CNC-machined for maximum balance, consistent operation, and long-term reusability. The closed rim is printed from a flexible, high-grip material that enhances stability, while a specialized bonding process secures the tire firmly to the wheel for reliable performance run after run.
