Play model for more than 10 years .Many starters are used and broken。Why is the starter not durable？Compared some starter .The main reasons are these：
1.All starters are conventional switches .Contactors are not used.The resistance at the switch is relatively large.The voltage loss is relatively large.It is also prone to fever.
2. The brushes of all starters are too small.When the starting resistance is large. it is easy to burn the brush and brush holder.
3. The conventional starter does not have a reducer. and the output torque is too small.It is easy to twist and damage when starting .under these circumstances .The motor is almost in a short circuit state .Coils and brushes burn easily.
But now .We found a solution：Learn from the relevant technologies of 250cc parallel bar four stroke motorcycle engine starter motor .The process of rotor coil is optimized .Use super magnetic steel .The motor efficiency is improved without increasing its power consumption The power is higher. A 5.6:1 planetary reducer is built in the front section of the motor.
Note：The starter adopts reduction gear design to increase torque (non direct drive).It is normal that the starting head will shake slightly during rotation. which is not a quality problem.
The rubber head of the fixed wing version is different from that of the helicopter version. and there is one less starting rod.The new terminator starter uses XT60 plug as power output and directly uses 3S battery for power supply. Fixed wing Usage
1. Hold with both hands. The rubber head of the fixed wing version is different from that of the helicopter version. Next. there is a starting lever.One less starting lever
2.Fixed wing version：Confirm that the starter is inserted into the 3S battery and fixed. hold it flat with both hands. and align the rubber head with the engine propeller cover (in the early stage. confirm that the engine CDI is involved in the power supply. the oil circuit is unblocked. the propeller and engine are safely fixed. and confirm whether the engine oil needle is preset by the manufacturer) .Start the inching switch for 2-3 seconds each time. block the exhaust pipe (do not press it uniformly). let the oil enter the engine. hear the engine oil deflagration. and finally extend the continuous starting time to 5 seconds until the engine is started. and adjust the engine oil needle according to the engine state.
Helicopter usage
1. Hold with both hands. The rubber head of the fixed wing version is different from that of the helicopter version. Next. there is a starting lever.One more actuating lever
2. Helicopter Version (also purchase the matching rubber head and starting rod): confirm that the starter is inserted into the 3S battery and fixed. and align both hands vertically with the starting rod at the helicopter engine starting port (in the early stage. confirm that the engine CDI is involved in the power supply. the oil circuit is unblocked. the propeller and engine are safely fixed. and confirm whether the engine oil needle is preset by the manufacturer). The inching switch is started for 2-3 seconds each time. Block the exhaust pipe (do not press start uniformly). let the oil enter the engine. hear the engine oil deflagration. and finally continue to strengthen and extend the starting time to 5 seconds until the engine is started. and adjust the engine oil needle according to the engine state.
